The Illuminus Group is a real estate investment group, which has been operating in The Czech Republic since 1998.

The group has strong domain in Prague 7, Holešovice, where it developed more than 100,000 sqm of office and storage space, in 11 different buildings.

The Illuminus Group  invested in the Czech Republic in most of the segments in the real estate market and completed projects for Offices, Storage, Commercial and Retail. The group has an interest to extend its investment in the Czech Republic during the coming years.
